Ms. Susy Philip Founder and Chief Visa Consultant

Worked in the British Deputy High Commission, (UK Border Agency, Chennai) as Visa Support Officer , handling all categories of Visa applications. Worked in assisting the Visa officer /Entry Clearance officers, assisting as Interpreter. Stake holders- Student agents, British council and other colleagues. Undergone various training sessions in dealing with document verification, customer service and IT. Worked in all key teams, was the champion of various projects and won individual as well as team awards.

Susy leverages her keen understanding with over 15 years of experience working closely with top officials in the corporate firms like Easycall handling direct customers and then moved to the UK Deputy High commission teams like Trade and Investment section and handled Travel, Hotel and Corporate services of the organisation.

While leading TransPassage several clients have benefited from her consultation and so this has encouraged her in starting this business where her expertise can be of solutions to clients usually encounters difficulty in applying for visas and travelling overseas a memorable experience.

Manju

Ms. Manjula K.P Visa Consultant

To handle US visa requirements we have in our panel Ms. Manju as our Consultant. Manju brings with her seven years of experience with the US Consulate Chennai in all sections of Non Immigrant and Immigrant visas. She has also supported the Business Executive Program, while working with them.

Prior to the US Consulate she was associated with Thomas Cook India Ltd. (global leaders in travel and foreign exchange business) for nine years in their New Delhi and Chennai offices. At Thomas Cook her focus area was customer service and operations.
